Communications Regulatory Agency manages the radio-frequency spectrum in accordance with international agreements and takes appropriate measures to ensure the efficient and unimpeded use of this national resource. The allocation of the radio frequency spectrum is carried out on a non-discriminatory basis in accordance with the Plan on the use of radio frequencies.

The allocation of the radio-frequency spectrum is performed on a non-discriminatory basis in accordance with the Plan on the use of radio frequencies, which is defined by the following licenses for fixed and mobile radio stations, radio stations on aircrafts, radio stations on board, technical broadcasting conditions, terrestrial radio station, licenses for a fixed radio station in a microwave link point-to-point, a portable mobile radio station in a microwave link point-to-point, a radio station in the microwave system point-to-multipoint, a club amateur radio station, and an amateur radio station.
